Using a discount code at checkout

Enter a discount code when you publish your album or start a Chorus subscription.

Applying a discount code at checkout

Whether you've saved a code to your account already or you've just been given a brand-new one, applying it at checkout is quick and easy — and you'll see the savings right away before you pay anything.

At the Album checkout (publishing your album)

  1. Click Publish on your album. The checkout screen will open.
  2. Look for the Have a discount code? box. If you've already saved a code to your account, it will appear there automatically — just tap Apply.
  3. If you have a new code to enter, type it into the box and tap Apply.
  4. Your price drops right away so you can see exactly what you'll be charged before you confirm.
  5. Complete the checkout and you're done — the discount is applied to your payment.

At the Chorus checkout (starting a subscription)

  1. Open your album and go to the Chorus tab.
  2. Tap Turn on Chorus.
  3. On the subscription screen, look for the Have a discount code? box — same as above, any saved code will appear there automatically.
  4. Apply your code and watch the price update. Then confirm your subscription.

How the savings are shown

As soon as you apply a code, the original price and your discounted price are both shown side by side, so you know exactly how much you're saving. There's nothing hidden.

Good to know

  • Only one code can be applied per purchase.
  • If a code is for a Chorus subscription only, it won't show on the Album checkout — and vice versa. Only codes that match what you're buying will appear.
  • If your code isn't working, double-check the spelling and make sure it hasn't expired. Still stuck? Use the Still stuck? Message us link at the bottom of the Help panel and we'll sort it out.
