Gifting a bundle

Giving the gift of memories

A bundle is a thoughtful little package of credits you can send to someone else (or treat yourself). They can use it to publish their own albums or to turn on the Chorus for an album they care about.

What's in a bundle

• Album bundles — a set of album credits the recipient can use to publish their own Memory Albums.
• Chorus month bundles — a set of Chorus months the recipient can stack onto an album whenever they're ready.

How to send a gift

1. Visit the Gift page from the main menu.
2. Pick the type — choose Bundle if you want a ready-made set, or single album credit / Chorus month for a smaller gift.
3. Choose the bundle that's right for them.
4. Enter the recipient's name and email, and add a short personal note if you like.
5. Pay at the checkout — the charge happens right away so you don't need to remember anything later.

What the recipient sees

1. They'll get a friendly email from us telling them you've sent them a gift, with the personal note you wrote and a redemption link.
2. Tapping the link signs them in (or sets up an account if they're new) and adds the credits to their balance — no codes to type.
3. They'll see the credits show up in the Credits section on their Account page, ready to use whenever they're ready.

Good to know

• You'll see your sent gifts on your Account page under Gifts you've sent so you can check whether it's been redeemed.
• If you change your mind, you can cancel within 30 days for a refund — provided the recipient hasn't redeemed yet.
• Gifts arrive instantly. There's no waiting on a delivery.
