Managing Your Chorus Subscription
Renew, cancel, or update your payment method for the Chorus.
Your Chorus Subscription
Viewing your subscription
Go to Account Settings → Billing to see your Chorus subscription status and next billing date. The Chorus covers every album you own — it's a single account-level subscription, not a per-album one.
Updating your payment method
- Go to Account Settings → Billing.
- Tap Update Payment Method.
- Enter your new card details.
Canceling
You can cancel any time. Your Chorus stays active until the end of the current billing period, then the Chorus closes to new writes — for everyone. You, your co-editors, your members, and your approved guests all stop being able to post, comment, or react on the Chorus until you start the subscription again. Nothing is ever deleted, and every existing Chorus memory stays visible.
Your albums themselves are completely unaffected. The one-time Album purchase already gives you and your co-editors lifetime editing of the album, so you can keep adding your own photos, videos, audio, and stories there with or without a Chorus subscription.
Deleting a draft album won't touch your Chorus
Your Chorus subscription belongs to you, not to any single album — it's account-wide. So you're free to tidy up your shelf without worrying about it.
- To remove an album you haven't published yet, find its card on your shelf and tap Delete. You'll be asked to confirm, and we'll remind you right there that your Chorus subscription stays active and isn't affected.
- If you delete your last album but still have an active Chorus subscription, your shelf shows a friendly reminder with a link to your Account — from there you can start a new album to use your Chorus, or manage or cancel the subscription whenever you like.
Deleting an album never charges, refunds, or cancels your Chorus on its own — that's always your choice, and you make it from Account Settings.
Why is the Chorus subscribe button blocked?
If the Subscribe button on the Chorus tab won't let you continue, it's because you don't have a published album yet. The Chorus is a writable layer that sits on top of an album, so we wait until your album is ready for guests before charging you for it.
- Open the album you'd like to add a Chorus to.
- Tap the Settings tab.
- Tap Publish album.
- Come back to the Chorus tab — the Subscribe button will be ready.
If you have several albums, publishing any one of them is enough — the Chorus subscription is account-wide, so it covers every album you publish from then on.
