Your account credits

Credits are a little bundle of value that lives on your account, ready to use whenever you'd like. They come in two flavours and you can mix and match them however suits you.

The two kinds of credit

• Album credits — each one publishes a Memory Album. Use one when you tap Publish on a finished album and the price drops to zero.
• Chorus months — each one covers a month of the Chorus subscription on an album of your choice. Stack as many as you'd like in a single redemption to lock in a longer run.

Where to find your balance

1. Open Your Account from the menu under your name.
2. Scroll to the Credits section. You'll see your balance for each kind right at the top.
3. Tap How I got these to see a tidy history of everything that's been added or used.

Using a credit when you publish an album

1. Finish your album and tap Publish.
2. On the checkout screen, look for Use 1 album credit — it'll be there if you have a credit available.
3. Pick it and your price drops to zero. Confirm and your album is published.

Using credits to turn on Chorus

1. Open your album and go to the Chorus tab.
2. Tap Turn on Chorus.
3. Choose the Use Chorus months option and the stepper appears — set how many months you'd like to redeem in one go (one credit per month).
4. Confirm. Your Chorus is on, and we'll keep going until the months run out.

How to get more credits

• Redeem a gift — when someone gives you a bundle of credits, the email link drops them right into your balance.
• Buy a bundle — visit the Gift page to pick up a bundle for yourself or someone else.
• Beta thanks — early beta testers receive a welcome bundle of credits when they redeem their beta code.

Good to know: credits and discount codes can't be combined on the same purchase — pick whichever saves you more today, and the other stays ready for next time.
