Save or print your album as a PDF book

Turn your album into a printable keepsake

Your Album can be saved as a PDF book — a printable, shareable copy of everything that's been added. It's a lovely way to hold your memories in your hands or mail them to someone who isn't online.

What's in the book?

• A beautiful cover page with your album's title, photo, and event date — decorated in your album's own theme.
• Your theme's colors, lettering, and little decorative flourishes, carried through every page.
• Every photo, story, and post, laid out with plenty of room to breathe.
• The words from voice and video messages, written out wherever a transcript is available.
• All the comments people left, gathered right next to the memory they belong to.

The book is made to be printed — you can keep it on your computer, share it, or send it to a professional print shop just as it is.

How to turn it on or off

1. Open your album and go to Settings.
2. Find the Album Book section.
3. Tap the toggle to allow or prevent visitors from saving a book.

Want to see it first?

Tap Save as Book on your published album page, sign in if asked, and wait for the PDF. You can open the downloaded book to look it over before printing.

Who can save a book?

When the toggle is on, visitors who can view your album can sign in to save a book of it. When the toggle is off, the "Save as Book" button disappears for everyone.

Printing your book

1. Open the published album and choose Save as Book. Sign in if asked.
2. Wait while we prepare your book. It downloads when it's ready. Choose Download Book if you need to download it again.
3. Open the PDF and use your PDF viewer's print command, or take the file to a print shop.

If you don't see Save as Book, the album owner may have turned book downloads off. A draft preview also keeps this button turned off.

Tip: You can change this setting anytime — turning it off doesn't delete any books people have already saved.
