Make an album from a chapter in your circle
Turn a chapter in your circle into a private draft album you can arrange, publish, and share. Your circle needs a subscription to make albums.
Start with a chapter
Open a chapter in your Circle and choose Create an album, then Create and open album to confirm. Your Circle needs an active subscription to create an album. You'll get a private draft with the chapter's current available moments, and you'll be its owner. You can arrange it before publishing.
The chapter and your album stay together
The chapter remains in your Circle. Your album uses the same moments, so photos and stories aren't copied or moved out of the Circle feed. Other Circle members can make their own albums from the same chapter and arrange them independently.
Coming back to Create an album with the same account opens the album you already started. It doesn't add new moments from the chapter or bring back ones you've removed from your album. If an album has changed owners, you must still have permission to open it.
Arrange your album, edit the original moment
You can change the order, arrange moments into pages, and remove a moment from this album. Removing it here leaves the original in the Circle and in other albums. On an already published album, your arrangement and removals take effect for visitors when you publish your changes; discarding changes restores the published arrangement.
Captions, stories, photos, and tags still belong to the original moment. Follow the source link to edit them if you have permission there. Those edits appear everywhere that moment is shared. If the original is deleted or becomes unavailable, it also disappears from albums that reference it.
Comments and reactions added inside your album stay with that album. They don't copy the Circle's conversation or another album's conversation.
