Publishing your album

Publishing puts your album live at its own web address. It is included with your circle subscription, with no time limit on edits.

Publishing your album makes it live at your unique sharelocket.com address so friends and family can visit, view your photos and stories, and leave their own contributions if you invite them.

Publishing is included

Albums come with your circle's subscription. There's no per-album fee and no time-based editing window — when the album is ready, you publish it.

What publishing gets you:

  1. Your album goes live, and it stays live while you keep changing it.
  2. You can keep adding photos, stories, and edits for as long as you like. There's no time limit.
  3. Your album gets a beautiful, permanent web address (sharelocket.com/@your-album).

Starting a new album is one of the things a subscription covers. If your Circle's subscription has lapsed, the albums you've already made keep working exactly as they are — you just can't start another one until it's renewed.

Privacy is always in your hands

Before your album goes live, you choose who can see it: anyone with the link, or only people you invite. You can change your mind at any time.

About invitations

If you've already added people to your invite list, we'll ask whether you'd like to send their invitations right away or wait until later. Most people choose to wait so they can add a few more photos first. Either way, you're in control.
