Premium and billing in My Account

Billing, all in one place

The Billing part of My Account shows Premium for every circle you're in, your free months, and your invoices.

Your circles' Premium status

Every circle you're in has a row here, whether it has Premium or not. The labels beside the circle's name tell you where it stands:

• Premium: the circle has Premium, for everyone in it.
• Subscription: shown with Premium when a card subscription pays for the circle. Once it's cancelled, the row shows Premium until and the date it runs to, instead of a renewal date. A circle running on free months shows Premium only.
• Free Plan: the circle is free.

Under the name, a row says what the circle has: its plan and price, how many months are left, or a free circle's limits. Below that, it says when a subscription renews and what the next charge is, or the date Premium runs until.

A row has at most one button:

• Manage shows only if you pay for the circle's subscription. It opens a secure page run by Stripe, where you can update your card or cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and Premium runs to the end of the period you've paid for.
• Add Premium shows beside a free circle, for anyone in it. It opens the circle's Add Premium sheet.

If someone else pays for a circle's Premium, or it runs on free months, its row has no button. Only the person who pays for a subscription can manage it.

You can also do this from the circle itself: choose Circle options, then Settings, and find Premium.

Free months

Free months are Premium time saved to your account. Each free month adds one month of Premium to a circle, and no card is charged. The card shows how many you have, for example "36 free months of Premium saved to your account, 3 used so far. They never expire. Use them on any circle you're in."

Invoices and payment method

Your card and invoices live on a secure page hosted by Stripe. Choose Manage in Stripe to open it. Your card, every subscription, and every invoice are there together.

Your invoices are also listed here, with the Date, Invoice, Amount, and Status of each. Choose View to open one, or PDF to download it.

Discount codes

To save a code to your account, type it under Discount codes and choose Add. The codes you've saved are listed there too.
