Redeeming a promotional code

Getting a promotional discount

Sometimes a friend, a partner of ours, or our team will send you a special promotional link. Tapping that link is all you need to do — the discount is saved to your account automatically so you can use it whenever you're ready.

How it works, step by step

1. Tap the link. The link takes you to a short page that shows you exactly what the promotion is — for example, "20% off your first Album."
2. Sign in (or create your account). If you're already signed in, we'll add the discount to your account straight away. If you're new, just sign up — the discount will be waiting for you once you're in.
3. That's it. The promotion is saved to your account. You don't need to copy a code or do anything else — it'll be there when you check out.

Finding it later

You can always see the promotions saved to your account on your Credits & Discounts page. Look for the discount there any time you want to check what's available before you buy.

Good to know

• Some promotions are one-time-use and expire after a certain date. The promotion page will tell you if that's the case.
• If the link doesn't seem to be working or the promotion looks expired, reach out to the person or team who sent it to you — they'll be able to help.
• You can only claim a promotion once per account. If you've already saved this one, we'll let you know.
