If your payment didn't go through

What to try when a purchase won't complete.

Payment trouble? Let's sort it out.

Sometimes a payment just doesn't go through on the first try — it happens to all of us. Here are a few simple things to try:

  1. Double-check the card number, expiration date, and security code. One wrong digit is usually the culprit.
  2. Make sure your billing address matches the one your bank has on file.
  3. Try a different card if you have one handy — some banks block new online charges until you confirm them.
  4. Give it a minute and try again. Occasionally the connection to the bank is briefly busy.

If your payment still won't go through, don't worry — you haven't been charged. Use the Still stuck? Message us link at the bottom of the Help panel and we'll help you finish your purchase.
