Download all of your circle's photos

The whole Circle, in one file

The person who looks after a Circle, its owner, can download the whole Circle as a single archive: every photo and video in its original quality, every message and comment, and everyone's name and role in the Circle.

Only the owner can download it

The full archive is only for the Circle's owner. Everyone else in the Circle can still save any photo, video, or file they can see, one at a time. If you'd like a copy of the whole Circle, ask its owner.

How to download it

1. Open your Circle, then choose Circle settings.
2. Under Download everything in this circle, choose Prepare my download.
3. We get the file ready. Big circles can take a while, so you can close the page. We'll email you when it's ready.
4. Choose Get my download in that email, or go back to Circle settings and choose Download your circle.

The download is available until the date shown with it. After that, you can make a new one in Circle settings, up to once a day.

It always works

The download works the same whether your Circle is free, has a subscription, or a subscription has lapsed. A Circle that's paused, wound down, or was never paid for can still be downloaded in full, any time.

If something couldn't be included

Once in a while, a photo or video can't be part of the download. When that happens, the archive says so and gives a plain note about why.
