I was invited to a circle but nothing arrived

If a circle invitation hasn't reached you, check spam and filtered texts, then ask the person who invited you to send it to the address or number you use.

Finding your invitation

A circle invitation arrives as an email or a text message from ShareLocket. If you can't find yours, try these steps:

  1. Check your spam or junk folder, and any promotions or updates tab, for an email from ShareLocket.
  2. On your phone, check your filtered messages. Many phones keep texts from numbers you haven't saved in a separate list, such as Unknown Senders or Spam.
  3. An invitation goes to one email address or one phone number. If it went to one you don't check, ask the person who invited you to send it to the one you use. A circle admin can choose Send it again under Pending invites, or invite you again at the right address.
  4. When it arrives, open it. It adds you to their circle in one tap, and you don't need a code.
