When someone new joins your circle, a short line appears with the photos and notes so everyone can say hello or react.
A hello in the Circle
When someone new joins your Circle, everybody sees a short line about it with the photos and notes, like Sam joined, with a Say hello button beside it.
It sits in the Circle rather than arriving as a notification, so the welcome happens where everyone already is.
Saying hello back
Choose Say hello to open the conversation and leave a comment, or react with an emoji, just like on a photo.
A few things to know
- Each person gets one welcome. If someone leaves the Circle and comes back later, we won't announce them again.
- The person who started the Circle doesn't get one — there's nobody there yet to greet them.
- Nobody has to reply. The line just stays in the Circle.
