Add people from Google or Outlook contacts

Connect your Google, Outlook, or Microsoft 365 account to pick people from your contacts and invite them to an album. We never save your contacts.

Add people from your contacts

Already have a list of people in Google, Outlook, Microsoft 365, or a Microsoft account? You can pull them into your invitations, with no copying and pasting.

  1. On your album, open People and click Add person. The Invite people window opens.
  2. Click the Google tab or the Outlook tab at the top.
  3. Click Connect Google or Connect Outlook and sign in with the account that holds your contacts.
  4. Pick the people you'd like to add. Use the search box to find someone quickly, then tick the box next to their name.
  5. Use the button below the contacts list to move them into your invite list.
  6. When your list looks right, click the send button, which shows how many invitations will go out.

Good to know

  • We never save your contacts. We only read them while you're using this page, and they stay in Google or Outlook.
  • You can disconnect any time from the same screen. If your sign-in expires, we'll quietly ask you to reconnect.
  • If you have a lot of contacts, we'll show the first 5,000.
