Pull contacts straight from Outlook or Microsoft 365 into your guest list.

Add guests from your Outlook contacts

If your contacts live in Outlook, Microsoft 365, or a Microsoft account, you can pull them straight into your guest list.

  1. On your album, click Share, then Invite people.
  2. Click the Outlook tab.
  3. Click Connect Outlook and sign in with the Microsoft account you'd like to pull contacts from.
  4. Use the search box or scroll the list to find the people you want to invite, then tick the box next to their name.
  5. Click Add selected to send them into your invite list.
  6. Once your list looks right, click Send invitations.

Good to know

  • We never save your Outlook contacts — we only read them while you're using this page.
  • You can disconnect Outlook any time. If your sign-in ever expires, we'll quietly ask you to reconnect.
  • If you have a very large contacts list, we'll show the first 5,000 names.
