How to Sign In
Log in with your email, Google, Apple, or a passkey.
Signing In
There are several ways to access your account:
Email & password
- Tap Sign In on the homepage.
- Enter your email and password.
- If you've enabled two-factor authentication, enter the code from your authenticator app.
Google or Apple
Tap the Continue with Google or Continue with Apple button and follow the prompts.
Passkey (passwordless)
If you've set up a passkey, tap Sign in with Passkey and use your device's biometrics (Face ID, fingerprint, or PIN).
Forgot your password? Tap "Forgot password?" on the sign-in page and we'll email you a reset link.
Picking up where you left off
If you tapped a button on an album page before signing in — say, "Leave a memory" — we'll bring you right back to that album after you sign in, with the same composer open and ready.
If we briefly lock your account
If you mistype your password several times in a row, we'll briefly lock the account for about 15 minutes for your safety. You can either wait it out or use Forgot your password? to get a fresh start.
