What is a sharing album?

A sharing album is a page of photos and stories made from your circle, with its own web address, to share with people outside the circle.

This is for anyone in a circle who wants to share some of it with people who aren't in the circle.

A circle and a sharing album

A circle is private: only the people in it see what's shared there. A sharing album is how you show some of it to others. You choose the photos, videos, and stories, pick a theme, and publish it at its own web address.

Each sharing album belongs to one circle. Once it's published, everyone in that circle can see it, private or not.

Who can see it

You choose. A private sharing album is for the people you invite and the members of its circle. A public one is for anyone with the link. You also choose who can add messages. See Who can see and comment on your album.

Making one

Making a new sharing album is part of Premium. It starts as a private draft until you publish it. See Create an album from your circle, or start from a chapter with Make an album from a chapter in your circle.

Sharing it

Invite people by email or text, or share its link or QR code. See Invite family and friends to an album and Share your album with a QR code. When you're done sharing, see Stop sharing an album.
