Downloading Your Data

Your Data, Anytime

You have the right to a copy of your personal data. Here's how to get it:

1. Go to Your Profile.
2. Scroll down to Your data, your choice.
3. Tap Request My Data.

We'll put together a file with your account information, albums, photos, and messages. When it's ready, we'll send you an email with a secure download link.

Good to know

• It can take a little while to prepare your file, especially if you have lots of photos and videos. We'll email you as soon as it's ready.
• You can request a new download once every 24 hours.
• The download link in the email is secure and meant just for you.
