Finish setting up your account

Almost done! When you sign up with Apple or Google, we sometimes don't get every detail we need. We'll ask for whichever of these is missing — your name, your phone number, or both — so we can address you properly and keep your account extra safe.

What we might ask for

• Your first and last name. Google in particular doesn't always share this with us, even when it's set on your Google account. If we don't have it yet, we'll ask you to type it in.
• Your phone number. No social provider shares phone numbers, so this one is almost always part of the step.

What happens next

1. Fill in whichever fields are missing — name, phone, or both.
2. That's it — you're in.

We'll only ask you to verify your phone number later, when you do something that needs an extra security check (like making a purchase or posting on someone else's album). No code today.

If you used Apple's Hide My Email feature, we'll keep using your private Apple address — nothing to change.
