Upload Troubleshooting

If your uploads are failing or taking a long time:

• Check your internet connection — uploads need a stable connection, especially for videos.
• File size — Files can be up to 5 GB each, and each album includes 20 GB of storage. Photos almost never come close to that limit, but very large videos can take a while to upload and process, so give them a few extra minutes.
• Supported formats — We support JPEG, PNG, HEIC, MP4, and MOV.
• Try again — Sometimes a quick refresh solves the problem.

If the problem persists, try uploading from a different device or browser.
