Verification code email not arriving?

Can't find the email with your verification code? Check spam, wait a few minutes, send another code, and make sure the address is right.

Didn't Get the Email?

When you sign up, we email you a code to confirm your address. If it hasn't arrived, here are a few things to try:

  1. Check your spam or junk folder — sometimes emails end up there. Some inboxes also sort mail into tabs like Promotions or Updates.
  2. Wait a few minutes — delivery can occasionally be delayed.
  3. Send another code — tap Didn't get it? Send another code on the verification page. Use the code from the newest email.
  4. Check your email address — make sure there wasn't a typo when you signed up, like .con instead of .com. See Making sure your email address is valid.
