Update your name, email, phone, or photo

Where to change your name, email address, phone number, and profile photo on Your Profile, with links to the step-by-step guides.

Your Profile

Your name, contact details, and photo all live on Your Profile, and you can change them any time. The people in your circles and on your albums see your name and photo next to everything you share.

Your name

  1. Open Your Profile.
  2. Under About you, update your name and tap Save changes.

Your email address

Go to Staying in touch and tap Add email. We'll send a code to the new address so you can verify it, then you can make it your primary. See Change or add an email address.

Your phone number

Your phone number is under Staying in touch too. See Changing your phone number.

Your photo

Tap your picture at the top of the page to upload a new one and crop it. See Add or change your profile photo.
